We partner with local butchers who make processing simple,
​so it's easy to get great beef on your family's table.

Dry Aging

After your beef share is reserved we will coordinate with your preferred butcher. Your share will be dry aged between 14-21 days for flavor and tenderness.

Cutting Instructions

Your butcher will call you to talk through your processing preferences. This is a great opportunity to ask questions and customize your order.

Pick Up

It's time to pick up your beef from your chosen butcher. Bring a couple of coolers and ready your freezer for premium beef!
